    sorry for the delay in replying: I hadn’t checked this part of the website for some time.

    if there’s altered sensation along the inner side of the palm of your hand, its probably relating to the Ulnar nerve. This can be irritated at the wrist or at the elbow by direct pressure (from swelling, over use, or excessive weight-bearing amongst other things); not uncommon. It could also be caused by nerve irritation up in your neck.. get good physio to assess you, preferably when things are grumbling.
