I was diagnosed with achillies tendonosis, both left &amp; right. Got sent for physio, omg the physio guy is useless &amp; patronising, he&#039;s always saying &#039;Daniel you don&#039;t walk properly&#039; yes of course i don&#039;t, i&#039;m in constant pain! &#039; &#039;Daniel you have to learn to walk properly&#039; &#039;I&#039;m 43 years old, i&#039;ve been walking all my life&#039; i&#039;m jsut fed up of this idiot &amp; feel like telling him where he can stick his physsio at my session on Wednesday.</description>

if there&#039;s altered sensation along the inner side of the palm of your hand, its probably relating to the Ulnar nerve. This can be irritated at the wrist or at the elbow by direct pressure (from swelling, over use, or excessive weight-bearing amongst other things); not uncommon.  It could also be caused by nerve irritation up in your neck.. get  good physio to assess you, preferably when things are grumbling.

Decisions on treatment depends on many things, including your age, the cause of the episode, how long standing it is.. you probably need to see a good spinal physio to get an accurate diagnosis prior to treatment. 
Some exercise plans will make some types of back problems worse so its not wise to just give out exercises on- line.
