I was diagnosed with achillies tendonosis, both left & right. Got sent for physio, omg the physio guy is useless & patronising, he's always saying 'Daniel you don't walk properly' yes of course i don't, i'm in constant pain! ' 'Daniel you have to learn to walk properly' 'I'm 43 years old, i've been walking all my life' i'm jsut fed up of this idiot & feel like telling him where he can stick his physsio at my session on Wednesday. I’m glad to have come across this website while surfing google!
